  1.  ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AstraQua careers page, job listings, and application process (collectively, the “Careers Page”), operated by AstraQua (“AstraQua,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing job listings, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Careers Page, you (“Applicant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Careers Page.

  1.  NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT

Posting a job listing on this page does not constitute an offer of employment. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, further consideration, or a job offer. AstraQua reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to fill or not fill any posted position, to modify job requirements at any time, and to remove or amend any listing without notice.

  1.  ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit, including your resume, cover letter, and any other application materials. Providing false, misleading, or materially incomplete information may result in disqualification from consideration or, if discovered after hire, termination of employment.

  1.  APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Job listings on this Careers Page are displayed using WP Job Manager. Applications are submitted by email to careers@astraqua.com, following the application instructions in the individual job listing. AstraQua is not responsible for outages, data transmission errors, or technical failures originating from these third-party platforms.

  1.   COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

By applying, you consent to AstraQua collecting, storing, and processing the personal information you submit for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy, communicating with you about your application, and, if you are hired, onboarding you as an employee. AstraQua will not sell your personal information to third parties. Application data may be retained for a reasonable period to consider you for future openings.

  1.  NO GUARANTEE OF FINAL TERMS

Any offer of employment, if made, will be subject to a separate written agreement and may be contingent on background checks, reference checks, or other verification. Nothing on this Careers Page or communicated during the application process creates a contract of employment, express or implied, unless and until a formal written offer is signed by both parties.

The Careers Page may contain links to third-party websites or services, including HubSpot and any newsroom or blog content referenced elsewhere on the site. AstraQua does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

  1.  NO WARRANTY

The Careers Page and all job listings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AstraQua makes no warranty that the Careers Page will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1.   CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND TO JOB LISTINGS

AstraQua may update these Terms or any job listing at any time without prior notice. The version posted on this page at the time of your application governs. Continued use of the Careers Page after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1.  GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
